Yogurtland’s next location will be at Mansfield Crossing. The center is located at the northwest corner of Matlock Road and Debbie Lane in Mansfield, Texas. Yogurtland will occupy 1,242 square feet. They offer self-serve soft-serve frozen yogurt with active cultures. It was founded in February of 2006 with the first Yogurtland location in Fullerton, California. In December 2012, there were over 200 locations in the United States, Mexico, Australia, and Guam. By 2015, it intends to expand to over 550 stores. Cynthia Bailey of WindStar Properties represented the landlord, Mansfield Matlock Partners, L.P. The tenant was represented by Frank Bullock and Tyler Trevino of TCS Central Region GP, L.L.C. dba Transwestern Retail.
