WindStar Properties Completes Lease with VERTS

VERTS will be occupying a 1,703 square foot space at Lewisville Shopping Center off of State Highway 121 and Interstate 35 in Lewisville, Texas. VERTS is a fast casual dining concept built around Döner Kebap, Germany’s favorite street food. VERTS is one of the first to bring authentic Döner Kebap to the United States. Based in Austin Texas, by 2013, Verts grew to seven restaurants throughout the Austin area. The plan is to add 10 more locations; which includes expanding in Dallas and Houston. Cynthia Bailey of WindStar Properties represented the landlord, JWP Lewisville Center, L.L.P. The tenant was represented by Michael Meaden and Andrew Wiley of CBRE, Inc.
