WindStar Properties completed a lease with Rose Foot Spa. This will be their second location. The space is located at Midway Market at the intersection of Midway Road and Frankford Road in Dallas, Texas. Rose Foot Spa will be occupying a 1,050 square foot space to be used as a foot reflexology spa. Cynthia Bailey of WindStar Properties represented the landlord, WindStar Midway Partners, L.L.C.
