WindStar Properties completed a lease with Firehouse Subs at the Village at the Highlands Shopping Center in Arlington, Texas. Firehouse Subs will occupy approximately 1,800 square feet, where they will serve up hearty subs with high quality meats and cheeses. They are a family owned business founded by firefighters. The difference in the Firehouse Subs is all in the heat, they use a steamer not a microwave which makes the flavors burst.

"Firehouse Subs, a family-owned restaurant founded by firefighters in Jacksonville, Fla., has signed a lease for 1,800 square feet. The chain serves submarine-style sandwiches that are steam-heated rather than heated in a microwave. Cynthia Bailey represented the landlord, Village Retail Partners I Ltd. The tenant was represented by Paul Natwick of Quest Commercial Real Estate."
