China Diner Limited Partnership completed a lease with Dallas Gold and Silver Exchange Bullion Express at the Shops at Scots Legacy in Arlington, Texas for approximately 2,800 square feet. DGSE joins current tenants Alfred Angelo and Verizon Wireless. DGSE Bullion Express buys and sells all forms of precious metals and offers immediate delivery of gold, silver, platinum and palladium bullion. They provide two-way markets for customers which includes a retail environment where customers can purchase unique one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces, diamonds and fine watches. The company is headquartered in Dallas, and its common stock trades on NYSE Amex Exchange under the symbol “DGSE”. China Diner Limited Partnership was represented by Cynthia Bailey of WindStar Properties and Dallas Gold and Silver Exchange Bullion Express was represented by Eric Morgan of Capstone Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc.
